1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in new and unused condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

2. Custom and Personalized Orders: Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Returns Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us to request a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records.

5. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
